Our Story is simple
our founder, wants to create a place where parents/caregivers and children feel like they have a village regardless of their background.
The details - so far
When did Great Plains Children’s Museum Start?
We were founded in October 2024.
Where is Great Plains Children’s Museum?
At this time, we do not have a physical permanent location. Rather we will host pop-up and temporary programming and exhibits in the Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, and Horace area.
What will it look like when it’s done?
Our hope is to either build or retrofit a facility that is roughly 20,000-30,000 square feet inside with a plot of land somewhere around 5-10 acres.
What will be in the Great Plains Children’s Museum?
it’s quite early to say what it will look like exactly but we do have some big ideas we would love to incorporate. below is a teaser of some of the ideas we have been tossing around.
